Upon termination of the 90-Day Trial ("Initial Lease Term") by either the Customer or Terra Vera, the Customer shall promptly coordinate the shipping of the equipment back to Terra Vera and pay any balances owed.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
The Customer shall return such equipment in good condition except ordinary wear and tear or additional charges may apply.

During the initial 90-Day Trial ("Initial Lease Term"), the Customer agrees to pay the listed upfront payment for the equipment lease and onboarding.
The lease may be terminated for any reason at the end of the Initial Lease Term with written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event the lease is not terminated within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Initial Lease Term, the lease shall revert to a month-to-month lease subject to a cancellation with 90 days' notice. View current pricing here.

Terra Vera shall be responsible for repairs to the equipment during the lease term, except in such cases that damage to the equipment is caused by the Customer's failure to follow Terra Vera's instructions with respect to the operation of the equipment or arising from the Customer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
In the event that the equipment is damaged beyond repair through the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Customer, the Customer shall pay the replacement cost.
